Nothing you don't already have. If you have a Squarespace or Canva account, great. If you don't, the tutorial walks you through setting those up. You'll need a paid Squarespace plan and a domain when you're ready to go live, but there's no need to sort any of that before you start building.

The Capsule Template is built for solo service providers with a personal brand: coaches, consultants, bookkeepers, virtual assistants, copywriters, social media managers, and similar. If you sell a service and need a professional website that clearly communicates what you do, it's designed for you.

No. The whole point of the Capsule Template system is that design is already handled. You follow the process, fill in your content, and the result looks polished. You don't need to make any design decisions or know anything about how websites are built.

The process is straightforward and self-paced, so you can work through it when it suits you. There's no pressure to rush. The Set Up Guide (5-Part System) walks you through everything in order, so you always know exactly where you are and what comes next.

The template comes with a 3-month free trial, so you can build and refine your site before spending anything. When you're ready to go live, or when your trial ends, you'll need a paid Squarespace subscription and a domain name.
Domain pricing typically starts from around $10-$20 USD per year, depending on availability. You can purchase one directly through Squarespace or via a third-party provider like GoDaddy or Namecheap. If you already have a domain, you can connect it when you're ready to publish.
If you already have a separate Squarespace website with a paid subscription, please note that your new template arrives as a completely separate website and subscriptions can't be transferred between sites.

As a digital product, we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. We'd encourage you to review the shop page, features, and FAQs thoroughly before buying, and if you have any questions at all, reach out before you purchase and we'll help you figure out if Capsule is the right fit.

Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you an invitation link within 48 hours. When you accept it, the template will appear in your Squarespace dashboard as a brand new website, ready for you to customise. You'll also get immediate access to the tutorial course so you can get familiar with the process while you wait.

Your copy of the Capsule Template comes with a 3-month free trial, which gives you plenty of time to build and refine your site before going live. Once you're ready to publish, you'll need to move onto a paid Squarespace plan. If you need more time during the trial period, Squarespace support can help with an extension.

Each purchase of a licence covers one website. If you need to use it for a second site, you'll need to purchase a separate licence.

We always recommend backing up your template before making any changes, and we walk you through how to do this in the Set Up Guide before getting started.
If you make accidental changes, accidentally delete the template, or don't accept the invitation link before your free trial expires, the template will need to be repurchased for us to resend it. We're not able to reverse accidental changes or redeliver without a new purchase.

You get 30 days of email support after purchase for anything related to the template itself, the install, or the included files. We're not able to help with general Squarespace questions, custom coding, or platform issues, but there are plenty of resources inside the tutorial course and Squarespace's own help desk is excellent for platform-specific queries.
