Our problems became your solution
The Capsule Template was created by two virtual support professionals who have worked with a range of businesses online. During our time working with entrepreneurs, we realized that many online businesses had websites that were, ultimately, hurting their business.
We saw those struggling with receiving client bookings — not because they didn’t have enough leads, but because people couldn’t book using their website.
We saw those who would delay launching a new product or service because they didn’t know how create a new webpage for said product/service.
We saw those paying thousands of dollars for a website they didn’t know how to use and bad web design that didn’t represent their business at all…and the designer refused to do anything about it (this one made us really mad).
And we saw those who just didn't have the time or energy to create a great looking website, eventually opting for simpler solutions like Instagram or Facebook…which worked fine until the algorithm changed for the billionth time.
Here at The Capsule Template, we believe a website is vital for the growth of any business, but it has to be DONE RIGHT!

The Capsule Template has been built with the small business owner in mind. We understand the time, effort and delay that can happen when it comes to launching a business online.
Through our many years of working with different business owners we have come to realize that web design is often overlooked and over complicated. Seeing the pain and confusion of our clients, we decided to create a solution that is both simple and effective, and thus the Capsule Template Kit was created!
What sets us apart from other Squarespace templates is that we have been on the inside of a business just like yours.
It’s one thing to launch your (great-looking) website. But how do you make it work for you on a day-to-day basis? How does the website evolve with you?
We know the day-to-day struggles of a small business owner, who may be a little technologically challenged. That’s why The Capsule Template is not just a template, but an entire kit that gives you the resources to continue to maintain your website over time.
Get to know THE TEAM
Hola! My name is Steff, co-creator and director of The Capsule Template. I have been a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager since 2018 and have worked with a range of different clients from many business backgrounds while traveling the world.
From psychics to authors, from cafes in Portugal to a Ryad in Morocco, I have worked with incredible people from the most amazing locations. I love sharing my travels and journey with clients but, most importantly, I love hearing about theirs!
People do a lot of interesting things in the online business world and it's always amazing to hear and work with people who can make a living in the most unconventional ways.
When it comes to business I have realized that there is no “life outside of work” and that there ought to be a healthy connection with work and life. This has inspired me to create a solution like the Capsule Template kit. Business and work should not rob you of your time, it should elevate you and give you the freedom you deserve to truly live the way you want to!
Hi, I’m Joseph — co-creator and lead designer of The Capsule Template, where I combine years of experience as a virtual support professional with a passion for empowering small businesses. With the help of Steff we have created The Capsule Template, a solution that simplifies web design for businesses of all sizes.
With a background in virtual business support I bring a strategic insight, and a hands-on approach to every project. The Capsule Template ensures that each site is easy to use and provide businesses with the tools they need to manage and maintain their online presence. We want business owners to have confidence in a website that reflects the unique identity of the business, ensuring long-term growth and success.
When I´m not coming up with template ideas I generally like to go explore local food spots of places I´m travelling to and going out to see the nightlife to find a good Latin dance night. I´m a strong believer that music and dance, coupled with other healthy habits, can help elevate your state of mind.
